At the Chef's Table, we determine in advance the dishes you and your guests would like to experience, but we also ensure there's room for any adjustments and personal requests. Themed dinners are the perfect challenge for me; whether it's a refined selection of seasonal fish, delicious shellfish, or timeless classics, every menu is a culinary journey of discovery. Under the watchful eye of our Maitre-Sommelier, Mariska, we enjoy a carefully selected selection of premium wines that perfectly complement each dish.
This exclusive Chef's Table package costs €185.00 per person and includes a warm welcome with champagne and oysters, followed by six sublime courses, freshly baked bread, creamy butter, and complimentary wines at your choice. You can also count on refreshing water, as well as coffee and a digestif to conclude the evening perfectly.
